children's attitudes and behaviors were changing. >> there are other adults. do they not notice anything? come on. >> she could be the boss, you know. >> yeah. >> she could be in charge. >> you're seeing areas of the cafeteria, but there's footage from outside the rest room. you see her trying to get the students to file in. two students refused to go in and you see her get aggressive with those student ps this 27-year-old teacher admitted to this abuse and says she's been doing it since april of last year. she has been arrested and the education commission formed a special team to investigate this matter further. there are photos from parents' cell phone that's part of the investigation that showcase some of the injuries sustained. >> the picture of the bruising looked like a student's shins and how many times you see the teacher kick them. >> they're kids. what could they have done that got her so angry she was this abusive?

this is a really beautiful neighborhood these two bicyclists are riding through. that's 59-year-old diane lawson. she's about to cross this intersection but the driver of that car proceeds to make a left. >> what is that person doing some like cut the corner and didn't ethem. >> that driver does end up striking diane. >> what's the matter with you! [ inaudible ] right in front of us. >> she's conscious but she is very injured. you see that the driver is an 85-year-old man, lloyd ham handbright. >> the way it went down it looks like he didn't see the bikers coming. >> this is a terrible situation for everybody involved and this poor woman is suffering the consequenceses. >> reports say he was cited for an illegal left turn and she apparently ended up in serious condition at the hospital with two broken ribs multiple leg

fractures and a crushed wrist. another incident caught on camera in china. see this man sort of wobbling around at this intersection. you'll see what he's up to. >> oh. one of these insurance scammers. >> uh-huh. >> that was the worst attempt ever. he like launched himself into the passenger's side. >> what? >> not even close. the red car ends up stopping. because it was caught on camera, was clearly identified as a fake car accident. >> more videos you see you're thankful for the traffic cams, dash cams. people trying to take people for their money, insurance companies for their money. >> apparently this is happening a lot in china. that guy ended up being the one fined for this stunt. >> these are the final moments of a wild police chase near bris ban, in australia. that suspect diving under a barbed wire fence. a lone police officer following closely behind. the officer reaching for his pepper spray but the suspect reaching for the officer's gun.

>> no. >> oh. he gets him with his pepper spray right in the face but the suspect seems to shrug it right off and again, reaches for the officer's gun. the news helicopter overhead capturing this entire event. >> oh, my gosh. this is happening with a barbed wire fence in betweens this. >> right. what led to this arrest was this intense 90-minute police chase. officers say that utility vehicle was stolen and look how many close calls this suspect has with other innocent drive es on the road, going into oncoming traffic, nearly missing other drivers head-on. several times they try to get him with stop sticks. that doesn't work. here, witnesses try to get the guy to stop with their own vehicles. that doesn't work either. now here looks like it could be over. the suspect speeds into a dirt road, but he doesn't get stuck. he manages to turn that utility vehicle around. nearly misses another driver and takes off again. he finally crashes the utility
